In honor of Valentine's Day:

Rowing Memories and Stories

Coach Al Kleindienst (3 seat) winning the 1977 Far East Rowing Championship in Brunei while rowing for the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club.

Many of us have marveled at The Boys in the Boat and the impact rowing had on the 9 young men and their coaches from the University of Washington as they came together to win an Olympic Gold medal in Berlin.

Few of us will ever win an Olympic Gold medal, but almost all of us have been impacted by rowing, both in the boat and outside of the boat.

We would like to hear your stories about the impact that rowing has had on your life: the lessons you learned; the friends you made; a special race or practice; the impact it had on a child.

Whether it happened this season or 30 years ago, we are interested!

Share a story, a picture or a video of you and your team.
