South Carolina (H 4950)

On July 5, 2018, House Bill 4950 was enacted by Governor Henry McMaster allowing any uncommitted funds from the prior fiscal year to be carried forward and used solely for the purposes of the Motion Picture Incentive Act's Wage and Supplier Rebate Fund for fiscal years beginning on or after July 1, 2018.

Alabama - Approximately $3 million is available through 9/30/2018. $20 million becomes available 10/1/2018.

Arkansas - No cap.

San Francisco, CA - $800,000 is available through 6/30/2019.

Colorado - Approximately $600,000 is available through 6/30/2019.

Connecticut - No cap.

District of Columbia - Discretionary.

Miami-Dade, FL - Discretionary.

Sarasota County, FL - Approximately $230,000 through 9/30/2018. Replenishment is at the discretion of the Board of County Commissioners.

Georgia - No cap.

Hawaii - No cap. Effective 1/1/2019, there will be an annual funding cap of $35 million per year.

Idaho - Program is currently not funded.

Illinois - No cap.

Kentucky - No funds available. $100 million becomes available 1/1/2019.

Louisiana - Approximately $32 million is available for fiscal year 6/30/2019.

Jefferson Parish, LA - No funds available through 12/31/2018. $1.5 million becomes available 1/1/2019.

Shreveport, LA - No cap.

Maine - No cap.

Maryland - No funds available through 6/30/2019.

Massachusetts - No cap.

Minnesota - No funds available through 6/30/2019.

Mississippi - $20 million is available through 6/30/2019.

Montana - Discretionary.

Nevada - Approximately $15.5 million available through 6/30/2019 (includes rollover funds).

North Carolina - $51 million is available through 6/30/2019 (includes rollover funds).

Ohio - No funds available. $40 million becomes available 6/30/2019.

Rhode Island - No funds available. $15 million becomes available 1/1/2019.
South Carolina - $2 million is available through 6/30/2019.

Tennessee - $12 million is available through 6/30/2019.

U.S. Virgin Islands - $2.5 million is available through 12/31/2018.
