New Hampshire (H 234)
House Bill 234 proposes to establish a 100 percent exemption from business profits taxes and/or business enterprises taxes for production companies that elect to file as a media production company and conducts at least 51 percent of its business activities in New Hampshire. The option to make this election for the exemption will expire December 31, 2025.
If passed, this Act shall take effect July 1, 2019.
House Bill 432 proposes to close the Music, Film, Television, and Multimedia Office and eliminate the Texas Music, Film, Television, and Multimedia and the Moving Image Industry Incentive Program.
