On October 8, 2017, Governor Roy Cooper signed
Senate Bill 582
which eliminates the sunset date for the North Carolina Film Incentives Program.

Oklahoma (H 1004)
House Bill 1004
proposes to stop certifying applications on or after January 1, 2018 under the Oklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program.
If passed, this bill would take effect immediately.

Oklahoma (S 49)
Senate Bill 49
proposes to modify the Oklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program as follows:
Reduces the rebate amount from 35% to 26.25%; and,
Reduces the program's funding cap from $4 million to $3 million for the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years (July 1 - June 30).
