Dear University Hills Homeowner:

It is HRB Election season!

The 2020 University Hills Homeowner Representative Board Election will open for voting on Tuesday, February 18 at 11 a.m. and close on Friday, February 28 at 9 p.m. The HRB has seven members, who serve staggered terms. There are four seats up for election, and five candidates on the ballot. (Write-ins are also allowed.) The HRB election is one ballot per household.

VOTING INSTRUCTIONS:

When you are ready to vote, copy the following link to your web browser to open a ballot corresponding to your household’s unique voting key: Ballot ID

Alternatively, you can visit https://secure.electionbuddy.com/ballot and enter your key by hand. Your household’s key is: Ballot ID

If you prefer to vote in person, please come to the ICHA Office and see Barbara Correa . If you need assistance or have questions about the voting process, please contact Barbara Correa.

Before you cast your vote, please review the ballot, which contains information about the HRB, the voting process and candidate statements.

The voting key above is specific to your household, and may only be used once. It is being sent to primary and alternate email addresses associated with your street address, so if you are unable to use your code, it may be because another household member has already submitted a ballot for your household.
