Dear Sea Camp Parents,

Hello Sea Camp families, both returning and new! Let me introduce myself to all of our new families; my name is Paul "Butterkup" Kupferman and I am the Catalina Sea Camp Summer Director. This will be my 21st summer on the island; 5 years as a camper, 6 years as a counselor, and 10th as the summer director.

2012 has already been an eventful year for my family and the summer is still over 2 months away! My daughter Kali celebrated her first birthday, and just this last Monday took her first steps. I'm sure our world is about to take a turn for the crazy!

We have been taking care of business in Toyon Bay as well. We have made many facility improvements, revamped the dining experience and replaced every mattress in camp! Our staff is already getting excited for the summer and I'm sure your campers are as well. So let's see what's up as we creep closer and closer to summer 2012.

We have partnered with our email provider, Bunk1 to offer a glimpse into life in Toyon Bay. Each day pictures will be uploaded to the Bunk1 website - the same place where you can send emails from. The final page of the syllabus go into great details and can answer all of your questions. Plus, there is NO COST to view pictures! We hope that you enjoy this added feature!
