Catalyst Connects
Catalyst Honours 2020 was our first fully virtual conference. It was also one of our largest events to date, bringing nearly 2,000 executives and leaders together over three days (and for weeks still to come, with on-demand content and networking possibilities), all focused on how to continue to make progress on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Catalyst celebrated six Canadian corporate leaders as Catalyst Honours Champions, who represent the gold standard for inclusive leadership.

At this virtual event on October 6-8, attendees and speakers discussed tangible solutions for advancing equity during the Covid-19 crisis. They also shared visions for a post-pandemic future of work.
"In the wake of the pandemic, one conversation must not get lost in the shuffle. We need to stay focused on increasing the representation of women in corporate leadership and promoting equal access to career opportunities"

Dave McKay, CEO of RBC, Catalyst Honours Presenting Sponsor.

The MARC Summit is a one-time, virtual Catalyst conference with thought-provoking programming that inspires participants to engage in effective gender partnerships and encourages men to model a healthy culture of masculinity in the workplace.
“In March 2020, Covid-19 forever changed the events industry, with gatherings canceled and venues shut down. Rather than fall back, Catalyst chose progress. Catalyst Honours 2020: Progress Won’t Pause was technology-enabled, free from in-person constraints and intentionally designed for this moment and these times. We gathered, learned, and planned for action together virtually to ensure that the gains we’ve fought so hard for—to advance women and inclusion in the workplace—are not lost.”
Michael Chamberlain, Vice President, Community & Convening Programs
