I am excited to recognize the many achievements of our CHP community, adapting to new challenges and opportunities. I'm heartened by the accomplishments of our students and by the great efforts of faculty and staff behind the scenes to be responsive to student needs while maintaining the rigorous standards that assure our graduates a great career path after Pace.
Our CHP faculty-staff work tracks have accomplished much the past calendar year, including expanding collaborations and developing a new map for 2023. More to come in February!
The summer saw investment in facilities in including the Center for Excellence in Healthcare Simulation and a new Communication and Speech Disorders clinic. Additional investment is planned in the coming years, along with new supports for advancing faculty research.
The past few weeks we’ve seen the joy of in-person ceremonies to celebrate the successful completion of our students including those in OT, PA-PLV, FNP, AGACNP, and ABSN-PLV.
We continue to develop new degrees in areas to improve health equity and outcomes, and have a deep appreciation for our clinical partners and advisory board who make our work possible. By our chosen fields and this work, we are very much a part of the solution to a better future.
My warmest wishes to all for your health and happiness in the holiday season and a successful New Year!
Best regards,
Marcus C. Tye, Ph.D. [he/him]
