Clothes To Kids Debuts New Video

Clothes To Kids of Denver is proud to debut our brand new video. You can help us tell our story by sharing it with friends, family and colleagues. Enjoy!

Thanks for a Great Blue Jean Bash!

More than 430 guests helped us celebrate our tenth annual Blue Jean Bash on September 12, 2024 at the Seawell Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

Our sponsors, auction donors and those who gave in the special appeal donated more than $300,000 (and counting!) for Clothes To Kids of Denver. Special thanks to Jon Lundberg and the Locals, Rosy Arnold, Tom Kimball and Paula Woodman for going above and beyond to make the evening so memorable!

We had a very photogenic crowd this year, so be sure to also check out our Google Photo Album to view and download photos from the event. Kudos to our talented photographer Stan Obert for capturing these lovely images!

Cheers to our Blue Jean Bash Committee!

Clothing and Shoe Donations Needed

Clothes To Kids had a record-shattering August, serving 1,427 students in just one month! Our previous service record was set in August 2023 when we served 1,353 students, so this was definitely a big jump for our store.

Please help us continue to offer every student who visits a great selection by donating your new and gently used clothing and shoes.

Detailed information about the items we accept, our greatest needs and how to give is on the Clothing Donation Guidelines page of our website. Thank you for your support!

Sharing the Love

Molly and Sean Hollis, owners of Gather Realty, along with their daughters Katy and Leila recently hosted a wonderful party benefiting Clothes To Kids at Pirates Cove Water Park. The gathering of 150 guests raised $4,673 and introduced us to many new supporters. This is the second year in a row that this generous family has chosen us as their beneficiary.

Thank you to Colleen Campbell (right) and her colleagues from bpx energy for holding a very successful back-to-school shoe drive. The more than 50 pairs of shoes they contributed were quickly snapped up by our shoppers. Colleen is a former co-worker of our executive director Kathleen Phillips (left), who was very glad to be on site to receive such nice items!

This amazing group of volunteers helped us get a big jump on sorting our coats, boots and winter clothing at our storage space. What a fabulous crew! Now is the perfect time to bring your cold weather items. Donations are accepted at our boutique Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00 until 4:00.

The team at Liberty Media just wrapped up their annual back-to-school drive, and it was a HUGE success! They donated 150 pairs of new shoes, 50 backpacks, more than 300 pairs of new socks & undies, plus nearly $5,000, which includes Liberty’s generous corporate match. Thank you for boosting our inventory and helping so many of our students put their best foot forward this school year.

We were so happy to welcome the Fidelity West Market Leaders Group, who were visiting from out of town for meetings and wanted to volunteer in the community during their stay. They helped sort, restock and organize the store. Thank you for your great energy and enthusiasm!

We had a blast attending the grand re-opening of the Walmart Supercenter in Centennial. Their generous team celebrated the occasion by making grant awards to five nonprofit organizations, including Clothes To Kids. A fun time was had by all...even Tony the Tiger joined in!

Check out our beautiful new exterior signage. A fresh look and logo definitely deserve some shiny new signs. Our friends at Magnify Signs always do such a nice job!

Hosting a volunteer group from Regis Jesuit High School’s Moms on a Spiritual Journey was so much fun. They were super helpful, enthusiastic and did everything from sorting shoes to entertaining baby siblings (a very important job!). They have promised to come back, and we sure hope they do.
