Last month, Atty. Michael E. Tolbert served on two panels at the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana's Annual Meeting. Topics included "Successful Mediation Tips" and "Implicit Bias in Jury Selection."

The Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana is an association of Indiana lawyers who defend clients in civil litigation. Their primary mission is to assist and support its members in the substantive and management aspects of their law practices while providing a forum for members to associate and exchange ideas. 

Office of the Chief Equity, Inclusion and Opportunity Officer Releases Video Featuring Tolbert & Tolbert, LLC

Earlier this year, the Indiana Office of the Chief Equity, Inclusion and Opportunity Officer launched the "Elevating Hoosier Business" initiative. Tolbert & Tolbert, LLC was selected as one of 22 businesses to be a part of the first cohort. Part of this designation included the development of a feature video, which was recently released.
