We're very excited to share with you the first issue of our new monthly newsletter! We wanted to loop you into what we're reading, learning, and accomplishing throughout the year. In each email, you can expect interviews, articles, and case studies, as well as content we curate with your interests in mind. Ultimately, we want this letter to become part of our mission to make nonprofit organizations more effective through their talent.

With 90-Day Goals, you still have a long-term vision and long-range plans. You treat every 90 days as equally important and critical, which shifts the perspective to now while working toward the future. Here are four steps to make sure you have the right goals, and take the right action.

Think about your Chief Executive's annual goals. Are they linked to the organization's vision and mission, measurable, and focused on results? They should be, and better yet, they can be.

Talbott Talent turned 4 on January 18th!
Over the past four years, we've placed leaders into nonprofits across the country, filled gaps in executive transitions with Interim CEOs, and conducted organizational assessments resulting in the implementation of recommendations to support those leaders.
