REMOTE
Freshmen Scheduling
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Prep and Villa are offering remote freshmen scheduling.

All accepted students should have received a scheduling packet in the mail. If you have not received one and believe you should have then please contact the Admissions Office for assistance.

The scheduling packet includes a welcome letter, the tentative schedule, course descriptions, and instructions on completing and submitting the scheduling form.

Families are strongly encouraged to visit www.prep-villa.com/freshmen-scheduling for more information and detailed instructions on properly completing and submitting your scheduling form.

We understand you may have questions about placement, electives, and other schedule and school matters. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. We are happy to make the scheduling process as easy as possible and look forward to ensuring you are satisfied with your child's course schedule.
Prep & Villa
Class of 2024
Tuition Deposit Deadline
We would like to remind you, if you have not yet done so, that the $100
non-refundable tuition deposit was due April 20th. This is not an enrollment or admissions fee, rather it's the first $100 of tuition which you will see deducted from your tuition balance on your statement. Tuition deposits hold your child's spot in the freshmen class and assist with school planning and course scheduling.

Keep in mind that a student's course schedule can not be processed until the $100 tuition deposit has been received.

Tuition deposits can be paid with a check or a money order made payable to Cathedral Prep or Villa Maria Academy.

Cathedral Prep tuition deposits can be mailed to:

Cathedral Prep
Finance Office
225 West 9th Street
Erie, PA 16501

Villa Maria Academy tuition deposits can be mailed to:

Villa Maria Academy
Finance Office
2403 West 8th Street
Erie, PA 16505

Please write your child's name and "deposit" in the memo.

Due to the closure of the school offices we are temporarily unable to accept cash or credit/debit card tuition deposits.
