LETTER FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
CASSIE LIVELY

Dear CCR Community:

Happy Spring! As always, it's a busy time at CCR!

CCR training staff and coaches are gearing up for our April Mediation Skills Training.
This is a public training, where folks come together to learn our mediation model and
ways to apply the skills we use to their diverse professional backgrounds.

I'm happy to announce that CCR is working on a newly redesigned website. Thanks to
charitable support from the Fogelson Family Foundation, you can expect to see CCR's
new website launch in May!

I'd like to welcome our newest class of Mediator Mentorship Program participants!
Shannon Bartlett, Joshua Becker, Tiffanie Oshel, Dimitrie Umbrarescu, Ginny Chesson
and Laura McNally are currently working with their mentors to meet our certification
standard. We are so grateful for the time both the trainees and their mentors spend to
build skills and ensure that we consistently provide the highest-quality mediation services
to our clients.

And, of course, CCR staff members and volunteers (especially our Auxiliary Board!) are hard at work planning final details for our upcoming gala on April 18, 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. at Grant Thornton, 171 N. Clark. I hope to see everyone there as we celebrate the fact that for the past 40 years, "There's No Place Like CCR!" Expect delicious food, entertainment and photo opportunities with Wizard of Oz characters, music from regular House of Blues musician Keithen Banks, and more!

This newsletter contains a preview of our silent auction, which will go live one week before the event. You do not need to be present to win raffle or silent auction items, so even if you are missing the fun, please check out our prizes and put in a bid or buy some raffle tickets to support our free mediation services! You can purchase event tickets HERE and look for the auction and raffle to go live next week.

Cheers,
Cassie
