JNESO was informed of chronic understaffing at the facility resulting in members working around the clock (experiencing burn-out) to keep up with the needs of patient care.

If you believe staffing is not adequate,
PLEASE FILL OUT A SHORT STAFFING FORM!!
  • If the safety of a patient/resident is at risk/danger your license may also be in jeopardy. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING!

  • If you are not being provided with the necessary equipment and/or supplies REPORT IT! DOCUMENT IT! CALL THE UNION!

  • LASTLY, USE THE COVID-19 RESOURCE NUMBERS FOR OSHA & THE NJ DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH!

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MALPRACTICE INSURANCE!!
