PRACTICE/STAFFING/EDUCATION: Bring all practice, safety & education concerns to a Local Officer. We will meet with management later this month to address your concerns. Our goal is to keep lines of communication open to resolve any problems as they occur.
PATIENT SAFETY: Remember you are patient advocates, patient safety is your primary concern!
MEAL BREAKS: Full-time and part-time employees who work eight (8), or twelve (12) hours get an unpaid one-half (1/2) hour lunch or supper.Be sure to take your two (2) fifteen (15) minute (paid) breaks per shift. (Page 27 of your Union Contract) Nourishment is vital to perform mentally and physically at optimal levels!
