JNESO and your Local Officers are making every effort to get back to the table and negotiate a fair and equitable contract. We’ve sent your employer multiple dates over the past two months as we have secured a place in your local area to do safe social distancing during the negotiations sessions.
Cedar Grove has failed to respond appropriately, in fact, they have neglected to submit dates of availability. As a result, JNESO has filed an Unfair Labor Practice (ULP). This behavior by your employer is unacceptable and constitutes not “bargaining in good faith”.
We will continue to keep members updated on the status of negotiations as we move forward.
