New Year's Eve Fireworks on Ocean Drive


Say goodbye to 2023 and hello to 2024 with fireworks over iconic Ocean Drive.

 

New Year’s Eve fireworks begin at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023, just as the clock strikes midnight.


Fireworks will be launched from 10 Street. Presented by the Ocean Drive Association and the City of Miami Beach with support of the local businesses.

New Year's Eve Celebration in Collins Park


Starting at 8 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31, enjoy a free concert at Collins Park beachfront (2100 Collins Ave.) by Orchestra Miami's String Quartet followed by special musical guests The Latin Divos. The full orchestra and the Divos will take the stage for a 10 p.m. performance, leading up to a midnight fireworks display sponsored by the City of Miami Beach.


Guest are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and picnics to enjoy the celebration on the sand. Boucher Brothers will be on site for those who wish to purchase food or beverages.

New Year’s Day Celebration 


Back for the third year in a row, celebrate the New Year with a free outdoor concert as part of the Miami Beach OnStage! program with incredible talent from the Miami Beach Classical Music Festival Orchestra. Bring your chair or beach blanket to comfortably enjoy this family-friendly concert.

Road Closures


Ocean Drive will be closed to vehicular traffic from 5 to 13 streets beginning at 7 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 29, 2023 and will reopen at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024.

Extended Trolley Hours


The Miami Beach free citywide trolley service will offer extended hours on New Year's Eve. Trolleys will run from 8 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023 until 2 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 1, 2024.

Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over

The Miami Beach Police Department wants you to stay safe during the holiday weekend. If you plan on drinking, you also need to plan a sober ride home. Remember, buzzed driving is drunk driving.
