Finding His Rhythm: How Jose Vazquez-Colmenero, Class of 2026, Navigated the Jump from Park City to Pre-Med at the University of Utah

"Bright Futures was extremely beneficial for my adjustment to college and for developing organizational, time management, professional communication, stress, and money management skills that I would have had to develop on my own," Jose explains. "The Bright Futures program really helped me achieve success in high school. I would definitely recommend any first-generation high school student join the program."

Race Day for PCEF-funded RC Race & Engineering League

What began with a $2,000 grant for Park City students to attend a Stanford University space camp became the first grant in 1986, planting the seeds for what became the Park City Education Foundation. Today, that single grant has grown into an organization that contributes nearly $2 million annually to our schools.

In Park City, we also know our community is stronger when we set the bar high for all kids. For four decades, this community has come together to elevate education and make more possible for all kids. When we come together, committed to elevated education, Park City truly shines.

Your support ensures funding for critical PCEF programs that inspire our students to reach their academic and lifelong potential.

We hit our fundraising goal for the Build the Foundation campaign – because strong community builds strong schools. Collectively, you helped PCEF raise more than $290,000!

Your generous contributions will be infused right back into our six schools and the more than 100 programs PCEF supports.

Thanks to your participation, each school's PTO/A earned grant money, courtesy of our Build the Foundation partner, UPS Store Park City. Support UPS Store Park City's two locations: 6300 N Sagewood Drive and 875 Iron Horse Drive.
