Happy Thanksgiving Week First Pres Friends and Families!

As we embark on this holiday season, I pray you experience the peace and love of our Everlasting Father- no matter the circumstance. Remember during all the chaos- to find a way to free yourself to focus on Christ.

PAJAMA JAM!

WHEN: Thursday, December 5th

TIME: 5-9pm

COST: $12/per child

WHERE: First Pres, 3302 W. Horatio St.

Parents, enjoy an evening out while your children experience Pajama JAM at First Pres! The night will be filled with music, games, crafts, hot chocolate, and a movie! Plus, a pizza dinner is provided for appropriate ages. Birth through 5th grade are encouraged to wear comfy pajamas, and get ready for a CHRISTmas-filled night of fun!

CREW XMAS SONG HIGHLIGHT

Along with singing traditional Christmas songs on Sunday mornings in December, we will begin learning this awesome, upbeat Christmas song called "It's Christmas!" It's a great way to jump around and celebrate the season! Parents, don't be surprised if you dance along!

ADVENT RESOURCES

We are about to kick off the Advent season, with the first week of HOPE on December 1st. Here is a weekly Advent devotional you can use at home with your children for the three weeks leading up to Christmas Day. Included are bible readings and activities all related to the true meaning of Christmas. Use the link provided for a digital download, or paper copies are available at church for you as well!
