July 2025

Colleagues,

As we celebrate our nation’s independence and the freedom to build, dream, and grow, we’re reminded of the American spirit: resilient, determined, and full of purpose. Whether it’s gathering around the grill with family or honoring those who paved the way for our freedom, this holiday is about community, sacrifice, and stories that inspire.

A Story of Grit, Growth & the American Dream

This month, we’re proud to share an incredible story: “A Journey of Determination – How One Dream Transformed Two Families.”

It’s the inspiring account of how one man’s determination to build something meaningful not only shaped a successful business but also created opportunity and legacy for multiple families. It’s a powerful reminder that hard work, integrity, and a clear vision can change lives.

As we enjoy the freedom to pursue our own paths this holiday, we’re grateful for the people, past and present, who made that possible. Have a safe and meaningful Fourth of July from our family to yours!

Specialized Repairs For Glasslined Equipment

Showcasing our expertise in specialized repairs for glass-lined equipment, we offer advanced services such as on-site repair, spark testing, and statistical glass-thickness mapping to ensure optimal glass integrity. By delivering tailored, high‑precision repairs, even under tight shutdown schedules, GTI helps industries maintain uptime, minimize downtime, and uphold stringent safety and corrosion‑resistance standards.

When Others Say No, We Find A Way

We created a specialized repair on a challenging glass‑lined reactor using a tantalum patch, expertly machined to match multiple radii and welded per ASME Code, then stress‑relieved before application. The process included injecting cement to fill voids, achieving a seal tighter than 0.001″, and shimmed gasket installation to ensure a permanent, leak‑proof outcome on a 4,000‑gallon vessel

5,000-Gallon Glass-Lined Series 60 Lightnin Reactor & Shaft Repair

When a mechanical seal failure halted production, we stepped in with a rapid on-site repair of a 5,000-gallon Series 60 Lightnin reactor. Glasslined Technologies installed FEP sleeve, replaced the mechanical seals, applied a new tantalum patch and gasket, and completed a balanced, pressure-tested shaft, all ensuring a leak-free run test and extending equipment life until the next scheduled shutdown.
