Celebrate Dominican Independence Day With Your Elected Officials!

With two great events planned for the coming week, you can celebrate Dominican Heritage and Independence at both City Hall and Uptown.

On March 25th at 6pm, the City Council will honor Dominican Independence Day at City Hall with Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito as well as all Council Members of Dominican descent:

Then, the celebration arrives in Washington Heights on March 27th, 6pm at Alianza Dominicana's Triangle Building hosted by Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, Uptown elected officials: State Senator Adriano Espaillat, Assembly Member Gabriela Rosa, Council Members Ydanis Rodriguez and Mark Levine and other Dominican elected officials from across the city.
