Sunday, April 22 is Earth Day ! It is no secret that, like many other environmental nonprofits and businesses, it is our favorite day of the year!

To celebrate this wonderful day, the ERC is teaming up with local nonprofits and businesses to bring you several fun events and programming.  We hope you'll join us!   
 
 
Pollinator Pop Up

Join the ERC, Sun Valley Center for the Arts, and Roadbars for a Pollinator Pop Up celebrating Earth Day.

At our office (471 Washington Ave, Ketchum), the ERC and Webb Landscape will host a variety of hands-on projects that promote healthy pollinator populations. Roadbars, a mobile specialty beverage bar, will be serving four delicious signature cocktails with pollinator-dependent ingredients. Two doors down (191 5th St, Ketchum), The Center will display its newest BIG IDEA Project, "Bees."

Swing by the Konditorei, recently designated as a 3-Star Certified Green Restaurant, and enjoy delicious plant-based food specials and build-your-own Bloody Marys & Mimosas. Complimentary bags of the restaurant's used coffee grounds "Grounds for Gardens" will be available for guests, as well complimentary seed packets. Fun and educational kid-friendly activities will be included as well. 

10% of all proceeds will go back to the ERC!

Spring Science Series with The Peregrine Fund

Join the ERC and College of Southern Idaho (CSI) for the 3rd annual Spring Science Series .  

This five-week
program brings presenters from
across the Northwest to 2nd & 3rd grade classrooms during the day and to the community once in the evening.  Community presentations are enjoyable for all ages!

This week, The Peregrine Fund will present on raptor adaptations. This program includes LIVE ANIMALS!
