Sunday, October 18

Games, crafts, music, and of course... goats! These are just a few of the activities that are part of our eagerly anticipated fall festival.

Due to COVID, we will be limiting the number of participants for each time slot. While pre-registration is not required, it is strongly recommended to ensure entry. Online registration will close Saturday, October 17 at 3pm. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.

Our grazing friends from Green Goats in Rhinebeck, NY will be back at the Arboretum helping us clear away a year's worth of wildflower growth, invasive vines and weeds. This environmentally friendly vegetation removal will allow for the annual restoration and replanting of the Daffodil Bowl with bulbs for a spectacular spring.

This "Green Goat" initiative would not be possible without your help! For $25, you can sponsor a goat and receive your very own official certificate of 'Good Goatsmanship.'

The goats will be here October 14 and will be our "Featured Guests" at Celebrate Fall on Sunday, October 18 from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm. Please stop by for a visit!
Saturday, October 24, 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Rain date: October 25

According to Ben Franklin, "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." So grab your favorite beer drinking friends and come to Reeves-Reed Arboretum on Saturday, October 24, when Put the 'PUB' in Public Garden turns the Arboretum into a beer garden with OKTOBERFEST 2020! Masks should be worn when approaching the food stations, the bar and when using the restrooms.

Sponsored by Peerless Beverage Company, supplying Warsteiner Beer, Barth’s, offering German fare, and accompanied by the popular oompah band, Doppelgänger, this festival is sure to turn into a recurring seasonal hit!
