A Delicious recipe from UCCE San Bernardino EFNEP Educator, Roxana Puentes:


Ingredients:

  • Salad bag
  • Onion
  • Vegetable oil
  • Cheese
  • Tortillas


Directions:

  1. Stir fry onions.
  2. Add in vegetable salad to onions, season to taste.
  3. Melt cheese inside a tortilla.
  4. Add stir fry vegetable mixture to tortilla.
