September 2022

Dear NEHEP Partners,

Every September, we celebrate both Hispanic Heritage Month and Healthy Aging Month. So we’re using this month’s newsletter to highlight our eye health resources for Hispanics/Latinos and information on vision and aging.

We’re also excited to introduce our newest NEHEP Planning Group member, L. Penny Rosenblum, Ph.D. Dr. Rosenblum brings more than 35 years of experience as a researcher, university professor, and teacher of students with visual impairment — and we’re thrilled to have her on board!

Best,

Devina Kuo Fan, M.P.H.

Director, National Eye Health Education Program (NEHEP)
