TRAVEL TO CUBA - May 11-21, 2022
Join Rainbow World Fund on our ninth humanitarian journey to Cuba May 11-21, 2022. Encounter a new land and a people in a way that values them, deepens your spirituality, broadens your worldview, and begins to heal the world.

Our trip focuses on Cuba's history, culture, politics, and spirituality. We will learn from the Cubans about the realities of their country. We'll visit projects that serve the Cuban people and meet with members of the LGBTQ+ community, politicians, artists, scientists, and leaders in many fields.

We will attend LGBTQ+ Pride events in Havana and march in solidarity with our Cuban brothers and sisters during the "Conga" - the annual Pride celebration.

We will learned about Cuba's colonial past to its revolutionary present, and how the complex historical relationship between the U.S and Cuba remains ever-changing.

Every trip is unique. Here are a few of the many highlights from past trips:

HELPING EARTHQUAKE SURVIVORS
Your help is still urgently needed! Over 50,000 people have died in the recent earthquakes that struck Turkey and Syria. At least 1.5 million are homeless. Aftershocks are adding to the instability and hampering aid efforts.

RWF is working with in-country partners to deliver aid. Our funds are being used to provide — food boxes, blankets, tents for shelter, hygiene supplies, solar lanterns, water purification tablets, warm hats, gloves and socks, baby formula, and medication.

As rescue efforts have turned to recovery. We are earmarking much of our aid to go to Syria as most international aid is going to infrastructure strong Turkey. The long civil war has devastated Syria’s resilience. They are digging out with their bare hands and basic tools.

Please be part of the LGBTQ+ community's response by making a donation to RWF’s Earthquake Aid Fund.

Give now to rush lifesaving emergency aid. Your gift of $50, $100, $500, $1,000, or more will mean that those in need will feel the support of the LGBTQ+ community.

Please specify “Disaster Recovery” when you donate online and are asked to designate your donation or when sending a check to Rainbow World Fund, 4111 18th Street, San Francisco, CA 94114.
