We’re excited about two very special free opportunities coming up this month! Join WTCI PBS at the Chattanooga Public Library (downtown branch) on Saturday, September 5 for an early screening of the new PBS KIDS series, Super Why’s Comic Book Adventures! Then, on Saturday, September 19, we’ll be back at the Chattanooga Public Library for a screening of the brand new primetime special from NATURE and Sesame Workshop, Sesame Street and the Great Elephant Adventure! We’ll also have a Nature Neighbors Experience featuring many of Chattanooga’s incredible organizations that champion conservation and connecting families to the world around us. We hope you will join us!

WTCI PBS invites social studies teachers in grades 6-12 to join us and our friends at Chattanooga Theatre Centre for an interactive training on the PBS LearningMedia American Revolution collection, including a look at some brand new resources created by WTCI PBS. Educators will also explore ways to use the resources with students to create videos for the PBS Youth Media Challenge. Participation is free, but registration is required. Limited stipends are available.

The City of Chattanooga Department of Early Learning is throwing their annual FunFair Festival on Saturday, September 12 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, and WTCI PBS is looking forward to being there!
