Celebrate Literacy Week Pinellas!
The Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County would like to invite you to participate in Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida from January 23-27, 2017!

This statewide week-long event promotes the importance of early literacy experiences, with this year's theme focusing on literacy and civics: Literacy Changes our World!   The Coalition is purchasing copies of the Literacy Week book, I Don't Want to be a Frog, by Dev Petty, for all SR and VPK providers in Pinellas County with children birth to five-years-old. Books will be mailed out at the beginning of the new year, with our goal that all local providers take part in this activity.

In celebration of literacy, we are inviting local dignitaries, board members, community partners, parents and Coalition staff to read at early learning sites throughout Pinellas who would like to host!

If you are interested in hosting a guest reader at your site, please click on the link below and complete a very short survey with your school's information.
All survey responses must be submitted by Tuesday, December 20th.
