Shruti Kuppa
Shruti works for Electrify America, a subsidiary of Volkswagen and one of the largest open DC Fast Charging networks in the United States. 
Why did you want to get involved with NVCT? Growing up in Northern Virginia and now living here as an adult, it’s clear that our region is constantly evolving. The work that NVCT does is critical to protecting the trails, parks, and other green spaces in our area from over development.
What is your favorite outdoor
activity? I love packing a delicious picnic and enjoying a meal in the park with friends. 
Where do you live? I live in the Buckingham neighborhood in Arlington.
One goal you have for yourself at NVCT this year? I am looking forward to working with my fellow board members to find innovative and meaningful ways to connect our community to nature during this pandemic. 
What is one fun fact about you? My favorite animal is a cheetah!
