It is time to celebrate our student athletes that are outstanding in both the pool and the classroom!

USA Swimming recognizes Scholastic All-America Swimmers each year. This year the application period runs from June 1-September 30, 2025. Each individual athlete must apply for themselves.

Please take a look at your athlete roster and encourage those you think may be eligible to apply.

•  Applicants must have completed 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade in 2025, hold a 3.5 GPA for the current academic year and meet criteria for pool swimmers, open water swimmers, or swimmers with disabilities. If an athlete competes in more than one category (e.g.: pool and open water), only one completed application is necessary. 

•  Applicants must be active USA Swimming members in good standing with validated times in SWIMS that were achieved as a member of USA Swimming during the qualifying period of September 1, 2024-August 31, 2025. Applications must include the applicant’s 2024-25 complete academic year transcript. Report/grade cards will not be accepted.

• Applicant must have all application documents completed by September 30, 2025 at midnight UTC. Late applications will NOT be accepted or considered.

Applying is done in 4 easy steps when logged into the individual’s account dashboard.

1. Click “Groups” in the My Account section on your dashboard.
2. Under “Profile,” click “Group Registration.”
3. Click “Apply (Invited)” on the “XXXX Scholastic All-America” line to open the application.
4. Fill out the application and click “Submit.”
