Heidi Ganahl - Founder
Dogs deserve the best of care when away from their humans.  That's how Heidi Ganahl and her late husband, Bion, felt when they sought high quality pet care for their two dogs. When they couldn't find any, they decided to create their own vision for a doggy day care service complete with a fun camp theme, exclusive services. and 24/7 access.

Heidi started with one location in 2000 but quickly franchised her concept as her business idea caught on.  Click here to read how Camp Bow Wow became a national leader in the pet care industry with a timely CEF loan and BAS support.

National Small Business Week in Colorado

May 1-7 was National Small Business Week (NSBW) across the country. In Colorado, CEF and other partners of the US Small Business Administration celebrated the big impact of small businesses with statewide workshops, events and stories in the news. In Denver, we participated in events highlighting the visit of SBA Administrator Maria Contreras-Sweet.

To see pictures of last week's NSBW celebrations in Denver featuring SBA and CEF staff plus our borrowers on TV (as listed above in media mentions), visit our online gallery. For details on NSBW events held last week, visit the ColoradoSmallBizWeek website.
