๐ On the Move with Supervisor Jimenez: Recent Visits & Whatโs Ahead | | Celebrating Independence Day in Mason District! | | |
We had an incredible time celebrating the 4th of July with two beloved Mason District traditions! ๐
First, we were honored to walk in the Lee Boulevard Heights Citizens Association 4th of July Parade, where neighbors lined the streets in red, white, and blue to celebrate community and country. It was a joy to see so many familiar faces and to be part of a tradition that brings the neighborhood together year after year.
Later in the day, we joined the Broyhill Crest Recreation Clubโs Annual Patriots Bike Parade, this time as a guest judge! From star-spangled streamers to creative costumes, the level of patriotism (and pedal power!) was unmatched. Judging was no easy task with so many festive entries!
Thank you to both communities for the warm welcome and for making this Independence Day so memorable. Proud to celebrate with the people who make Mason District shine. ๐โค๏ธ
