Compassion Cultivation Training with Chanda Dharap

Join Chanda for a two-hour  experiential  and  interactive  introduction to Compassion Cultivation Training.
 
This workshop is an introduction to the formal 8-week CCT program. It includes practical tools and dynamic exercises designed to increase your awareness of compassion and enhance your sense of connection to common humanity.
Restorative Reiki Workshop
with Joanne Brohmer

Drop in and sink below the layers where we hold beliefs, identities and the one in us who runs around.
 
This is a practice of radically accepting all of ourselves and experiencing this feeling on the body level. We will be using restorative poses, somatic sensing and visualization, guided meditation and reiki energy healing.
 
We will explore loving into the spaces that might usually feel hard to love and fall in love with exactly what is.
