The letter details key leadership appointments, technology improvements, and digital updates—all aimed at ensuring the Foundation continues to be a trusted, forward-thinking partner for Warren County. These strategic changes reflect our ongoing commitment to transparency, efficiency, and excellence in serving our donors and community partners.

Remembering A Visionary Leader

Last week, many of us gathered to celebrate the life of Tom Seddon—our longtime President & CEO, a trusted leader, a tireless community advocate, and a dear friend to so many.

Tom’s passing is a tremendous loss, not only to the Warren County Foundation, but to the entire community he served so faithfully. His steady leadership and deep commitment to philanthropy helped shape the Foundation into what it is today—and his influence will be felt for generations to come.

In tribute to Tom’s legacy, the Foundation has established the Thomas L. Seddon Memorial Scholarship Fund. This new fund will support local students pursuing higher education at Warren County Career Center—continuing Tom’s lifelong passion for investing in young people and opening doors to opportunity.
