Don't miss our live show at the library on Thursday and networking at Mountain Tap Brewery on Friday--all in celebration of public lands.
Greetings!

So many of us choose to live in Routt County because of the beautiful and plentiful public lands and the outdoor recreation they provide. Half of our land in Routt County is publicly-owned! May 19 is officially Colorado Public Lands Day, honoring the significant contributions that national, state and local public lands make to Colorado's wildlife, outdoor recreation, economy, way of life and climate adaptation and mitigation

YVSC has two events this week to celebrate Colorado Public Lands Day. W e're also holding the Commuter Challenge this month to encourage alternative transportation and reduce our community's carbon footprint. So read on, join us for an event, and get outside to celebrate your public lands.

With gratitude,

Sarah Jones
YVSC Executive Director
