These past few months students at Delta High School have been designing potential Habitat homes. This year's challenge? Creating a functional and creatively designed duplex.
Students were hard at work, but only one team can be crowned victorious! Congratulations to Mohammad, Jae, Ryan, and Erynn! Their unique design wowed the judges, leaving them the winners. Thank you to all the students in Mr. See's class for participating and showing off your talents!

Cedar Ave Lot #8 – We will be turning this home over to the new homeowners, Hay Blut Moo and Mwee Wah, on December 4th. A big thanks to our volunteer groups and daily work crews who worked around shortages and delays and still managed to complete this home on time!
Cedar Ave Lot #9 – Our crews will move their focus to this home for the month of December. We will complete the exterior and finish the interior in the next 8 weeks. It will be the first dedicated home of 2022, scheduled for January 22, 2022.
Cedar Ave Lot #7 – Progress on this home will be pausing briefly while we focus on bringing some other homes along. Scheduled for completion in March 2022, it will be the final home in the S Cedar Ave subdivision.
Alvina St Lots #7– Tri-Tech has been hard at work on this property the last two weeks. Walls are now standing and trusses will arrive soon. This first home in our Alvina Street project is expected to be completed in April 2022.
Alvina St Lots #6 – Currently an “overflow workspace,” 1504 Alvina will become the subject of Tri-Tech’s attention before the year is out.
