20 years ago on March 1st, Bob Grover, Elias Godinez, and Ron Knesal started on an adventure of which has turned into an organization with 3 (going on 4) offices with 300 employees serving Portland/Vancouver metro area and the North Willamette Valley. Little did they know on that day that they were starting something that would grow into what it has become. As they attracted customers and team members to the organization, it grew and flourished, serving phenomenal commercial landscape and HOA customers with outstanding service and communication and providing career opportunity to great landscape professionals. We call our culture Team Orange.
So what is Team Orange? As Pacific Landscape Management grew, so did our culture. When we started, we wanted to build a company focused on service to clients and providing opportunity and honor to employees. We want to provide opportunity to each individual employee and focus on supporting each other and the organization as a whole. We work hard together, have fun together, and sacrifice together. All in support of each other and our customers. This has grown and developed to create a culture that is unique in inspiring outstanding service to clients and great career opportunity. That is what we have called Team Orange.
