On March 1, 2001 — 25 years ago — Bob Grover, Elias Godinez, and Ron Knesal set out on an adventure. What began as a small startup has grown into an organization with six offices and 400 team members serving the Portland/Vancouver metro area and the North Willamette Valley.
In 2021, we expanded into the Puget Sound region. Today, under the Pacscape Landscape Services brand, we proudly serve Western Washington with five offices and an additional 200 team members.
Little did they know that day in 2001 what this company would become.
As customers and team members joined the journey, Pacific Landscape Management grew and flourished. We built lasting partnerships with phenomenal commercial landscape and HOA clients by delivering outstanding service and proactive communication. At the same time, we created meaningful career opportunities for talented landscape professionals.
We call our culture Team Orange.

In fact, in 25 years, we have never lost an account manager to a local competitor — a testament to the strength of our culture and the loyalty of our team.
