Dear friends,
As a small business and fellow community member for over 50 years, we have always strived to put two things first: the needs of our clients and the needs of our Agents.
That hasn’t changed.
As the COVID-19 public health crisis has evolved, we have been diligently working to balance the needs of our customers, clients, employees and the community at large, while also heeding the advice of public health officials.
While we are still conducting business, we are also actively practicing social distancing. To support this, as of today, our office will be temporarily closed to the public. We will also be suspending open houses.
Private showings will be available by appointment.
Although our office is closed and you will not see advertisements for open houses, we remain committed to doing business. Our Agents are working remotely and have the tools to assist both buyers and sellers as they navigate the home buying and home selling process. Although we will not hold any open houses, we will conduct showings on an individual basis. You can contact our Agents by email (see below) or by calling our office at 781-245-5011
As the situation continues to unfold, we will continue to review and adjust operations. We look forward to the day when we can welcome you back to 73 Albion St and resume normal open houses. Until then, know that we continue to work for you and our community as a whole.

While house hunting can be intimidating, there are ways you can make the process easier and less stressful.
• Get your paperwork together and your mortgage pre-approval in advance. You don’t want to find the ideal home, only to lose it because you haven’t been pre-qualified.
• Know where you want to live and what you want in a house. Write down a clear description of the kind of home you want; i.e.: the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, if you’re in an area that has public transportation, if you’re close to restaurants and downtown areas, etc.
|
|
• Pay attention when you view a home in person. Jot down some notes that you can refer to later. If you view several homes in a weekend, you may begin to get confused: which one had the great bath, which one had the big back yard, etc.
• Don’t take on too much at once. We know you’re anxious, but looking at too many houses in one
weekend or day can lead to stress and fatigue. You want to be clear-thinking when you find that perfect house at the right price!

We can help.

|
Getting ready to sell your house? Then it's time to roll up your sleeves and get to work! Selling a home, after all, entails a whole lot more than just planting a "For Sale" sign on your front lawn or uploading a few random photos of your place—especially if you’re angling for the most cash. (And, honestly, who isn’t?)
So before you put your house on the market, there is a checklist you should follow. Some of these tips are surprisingly easy, while others might require a bit more elbow grease. But they're bound to pay off once buyers see you house at its best.
