Celebrating 60 Years of Growth & Excellence

In 1965, the world was watching history unfold - NASA’s Mariner 4 sent back the first close-up photos of Mars, the Beatles played to sold-out crowds, and here in Florida, the big announcement came that Walt Disney would be building a new theme park near Orlando. Fast forward to 2025, and we’re exploring deep space with the James Webb Telescope, cheering on major events like the Miami Grand Prix, and celebrating remarkable innovations in technology and education. Times have changed, and so have we.

Founded in Pahokee in 1965, our school has grown, adapted, and thrived through six decades of trials and triumphs. We made the move to Belle Glade in 1973, eventually closing our Pahokee campus in the 1980s, to complete our transition as a permanent presence in Belle Glade and Palm Beach County. Generations of students, faculty, and families have come and gone, each leaving their mark on our ever-evolving story.

This year marks our 60th anniversary, and we have a calendar full of special events planned to honor the journey we’ve taken together. Today, we are proud to reveal our anniversary logo, featuring a majestic oak tree - a nostalgic and familiar sight to anyone who has walked our campus. It’s a symbol of strength, growth, and deep roots, perfectly capturing our “back-to-our-roots” focus in recent years.

60 Years Strong: Rooted in Tradition, Strengthened by Community. Here’s to celebrating six decades of excellence and to the many chapters yet to be written.
