Teach St. Tammany Alternative Teacher Certification Applications Being Accepted

College graduates in non-education fields have an opportunity to receive an alternative teaching certification through the Teach St. Tammany Alternative Certification program in the areas of math, science, English, or special education (SWE). The deadline to apply is April 1, 2024.

2023-2024 STPPS Students of the Year

Congratulations to the 2023-2024 STPPS Students of the Year! The Elementary Student of the Year is Elise Federico of Tchefuncte Middle, the Middle/Jr. High Student of the Year is Sydney Purvis of Boyet Junior High, and the High School Student of the Year is Jaelyn Graham of Northshore High.

We are wrapping up our Future Focus Family Nights for the 2023-2024 school year. Students and their parents/caregivers are getting the opportunity to explore all of the pathways and resources available at the high schools they will attend!

Lead Strong

During the 2023-24 school year, teachers, support staff, administrators, and more will be honored with the Lead Strong bracelet. These individuals are dedicated to building a strong future for the students in STPPS.
