We will be gathering on Friday night as part of our Benefit Yoga Series to celebrate the life of Antoinette Cardamone whose death 5 months ago today affected so many in our community.  If you are new to the studio or didn't have a chance to cross paths with this incredible woman, know that her generosity and keen insights have influenced me and our studio tremendously.

Throughout her life, Antoinette wore many hats but her kind heart was evident throughout.  Whether it was co-founding a school in St. Louis with her husband, co-owning and running her family's restaurant, Cafe Allegro, in the South Side, being involved with Rainbow Kitchen Community Services  (whom we will be supporting in Friday's class) for close to 30 years, or teaching yoga (which she had started just last year), she gave of herself in the only way she knew how... 110%.

We're still putting the finishing touches on the framework for the evening's event, but know that much of what will occur will come forth from the sharing of energy and love of everyone in attendance.  I hope that you'll be able to join us for a most loving tribute to our dear friend!
