We will keep the application open until filled with priority recruitment to those who apply on or before January 31, 2023. All those who are interested are encouraged to apply! Learn more via the application or 1/9 email sent by our DEI Consultant, Kai Horton.

Please see below for important information, before you apply:

  • We are giving priority to our client-facing team members. We feel it is important to increase direct service representation on our team to make sure those voices are centered in our work.
  • We are giving priority to BIPOC (especially Black and Indigenous team members) and/or LGBTQIA+ team members.
  • We ask that you apply the tools we have recently shared in our internal workshop surrounding power and privilege to assess whether your lived experience is representative of those who are marginalized. If not, we ask that you create space for those with marginalized identities to have the opportunity to engage in this work in your place.
Apply today for the DEI Team
