TLC is a signatory to the Build Back Better Plan currently in discussions in Washington, D.C. and supports the program goals which include an increased emphasis on sustainability and resilience in federal buildings, improvement in the 179D tax deduction to promote building reuse and energy upgrades, job training, building performance standards for existing buildings, resiliency, a carbon-free grid, health and product transparency, and healthy schools.
