Construction
Tri-Cities
Cedar Ave Lot #8 – Tri-Tech just finished the roof, taking this home to 59% complete. HVAC, electrical, plumbing and insulation will be installed next, followed by drywall. We are aiming for a completion date in early December.
Cedar Ave Lot #9 – Tri-Tech will tackle installing trusses the first week of October, followed by sheeting and roofing this home. We are planning for a late December/early January finish date.
Cedar Ave Lot #7 – Foundations are in process on this final home on S Cedar Ave. We expect to start framing the end of October, aiming for a completion date in March of 2023.
Alvina St– Our subcontractor finished all of the infrastructure near the end of September – a major milestone! Our building permit applications have been approved for the first two homes on this property and we plan to start those foundations in October.
