Embryo Adoption Baby Seth is 9 Months Old!

"We can hardly believe it, but Seth Boaz is already nine months old! He now

weighs 19 lbs. 1 1/2 oz., and is 28 1/2 in. long. After his first buzz cut, Seth lost all his dark newborn hair and is now blond. His eyes continue to turn more brown. He loves to eat! Raspberries and butternut squash seem to be his favorite foods so far, but be eats pretty much anything we give him. His four teeth (and counting) sure help him eat to fill his tummy. We are so grateful for Embryo Adoption Services of Cedar Park - we have a son!"

Melody Is Now 8 Months Old!

A Sweet Melody Girl!

"Melody is 8 months old now and we are loving watching her personality develop! She is so sweet, observant, and playful. She still loves to be a part of things, and does not like to take breaks to nap in the middle of all the fun. She also loves music! (Which is a relief because we named her Melody!) Right now her favorite is Rockin' Robin by Bobby Day. She is also obsessed with her older brother, Sawyer. He can do almost anything and she will immediately laugh, smile, and clap her hands.

I heard a familiar song today while I was out shopping with both of the kids... And it made me catch my breath. The chorus of the song talks about the beauty of a "crowded table", and I remembered playing this song on repeat as I prayed for our family to grow after so much loss. Something about the image of a big family crowding around and sharing a meal together, and making that our legacy just summed up the cry of my heart. Today I heard that song in the store and smiled at my baby girl in the stroller... My heart full. This girl is such a blessing to us, and I'm so glad we've been given the opportunity to grow our family through embryo adoption. The Lord is so so good. He takes our pain and makes it beautiful. Thank you doesn't even begin to cover it."

Twin NEWS - Max and Jake

4 month checkup stats (May 18):

Jake - 15lbs, 25.5 inches

Max - 13.13 lbs, 24.5 inches

"Max and Jake are growing up strong and healthy. They are the happiest babies I've ever seen. They have been on 3 trips via airplane for business and to meet family, and they did great on all of them. Everyone comments about how happy, cute, and social they are. They love any excuse to smile and giggle. They have started cooing, babbling, blowing bubbles and raspberries, and making little screams as they experiment with their voices. They are also starting to use their hands more intentionally. We are having a lot of fun with them and we are so grateful."

Email your update to: maria@adoptembryos.org

We will take care of the rest by adding these updates to your adopter or donor Sharefile folder for them to see. They will be notified by Sharefile that they have updates! People love updates, and we love to pass them on!
