The Future of Work is Diverse, Inclusive, Just and Equitable
GlobalMindED closes the equity gap by creating a capable, diverse talent pipeline through connections to role models, mentors, internships for low-income students, returning adults, First Gen to college and inclusive leaders who teach them, work with them and hire them.

Kwanzaa Day 3 - Ujima (Collective Work)
Today we celebrate the third principle, Ujima - collective work. This principle "reveres collective work and responsibility for the development and preservation of Black communities". It is Ujima that helps us work together to solve problems affecting our communities.
Join us in making a commitment to recognize the collective work and struggle that is required to progress. This, like all of the seven principles, is both a principle and practice. Ujima means that we must "accept the fact that we are collectively responsible for our failures and setbacks as well as our victories and achievements". Along with collective work, Ujima calls us to engage in active cooperation. Additionally, "the principle of collective work and responsibility also points to the fact that African freedom is indivisible".
As you reflect on this principle, consider how you can work with others on a project. How can you extend your collective goodwill into your community? In what ways can you support your culture and community? Together, we can solve our problems.
