Here are some suggested activities at the Cleveland Public Library to help you celebrate Black History Month & the Arts with your child/children:

Family Meet-Up

The parents who are a part of the Cuyahoga Parents Connect Facebook group are meeting up at The Rainforest at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo this Saturday, February 3 from 10:00 am to noon. We invite any interested families to join us!

Parent Meet-Up

The parents who are a part of the Cuyahoga Parents Connect Facebook group are also having a Parent Meet-up on Wednesday, February 21 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Lee Road Branch of the Cleveland Heights Libraries. Yes, kids are welcome!

Meet our Parent Educator, Chante Whitlow

Chante Whitlow has been a member of the Bright Beginnings team since January 2022 in the role of Parent Educator. She has spent over 10+ years working with families and children as a home visitor and early childhood educator. Chante has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Kent State University. She is passionate about working with families and providing them with support and resources. Chante is a mom of a 7-year-old son, who keeps her very busy with sports, extracurricular activities, and consistent high energy.
