In recognition of January as National Mentorship Month, the Transit Workforce Center (TWC) is emphasizing its continued commitment to supporting the industry’s development of frontline workforce mentorship programs. Strong, structured mentorship programs can deliver measurable benefits and support a positive workplace culture, and TWC is committed to assisting transit agencies and their workforce partners in exploring these programs and working toward implementation.
