What is National Mentoring Month?

National Mentoring Month is the month of the year in which mentors and mentoring are celebrated and encouraged. As one of the leading nonprofits in youth mentoring, Big Brothers Big Sisters uses its social media platforms during National Mentoring Month to recruit new volunteers and celebrate our mentors.

MLK Day of Service - January 15, 2018
9:00 am - 11:00 am

Celebrate the legacy of Dr. King by volunteering with your little on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service! Big Brothers Big Sisters will have a team of volunteers helping to clean up the Binghampton neighborhood.

We will be picking up litter at the Howze Park and the Tillman entrance to the Greenline! This will be a group activity. The first 10 matches to arrive at the event will receive BBBS T-Shirts.

All participants should meet at the Benjamin Hooks Library at 8:30 am on the Walnut Grove side.
